PREORDER PROCESS
Each piece from ENPERSON is made to order. Production begins once the collective goal of preorders is met — a minimum threshold that ensures responsible, waste-free creation.
This means your order is a pledge: a patient act of participation.

Once production begins, updates will be sent via email, followed by a tracking number once your piece is ready to ship. Estimated lead times vary per item and are listed within each product description.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)
We offer free domestic shipping within the United States, fulfilled through USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.

Every order is packaged intentionally, shipped once production is complete, and delivered.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
ENPERSON ships worldwide at a flat rate of $10 USD per order. This covers all handling, packaging, and international postage.

Delivery times vary by region — please allow additional time for customs clearance.

All items are produced with intention. As each piece is made-to-order, cancellations and returns are not accepted once production begins.
